On Thursday I started my day with a leftover waffle with some pb and honey.

I then went to see a sports injury doctor. I was told I have acute tendonitis of the achilles and they think I need physical therapy. If that doesn't work then I need some steroids shot up in the tendon or something. I have an appointment with a physical therapist on Monday.
After the appointment I went back to work. Because I took my doctors appointment as my lunch I ate at my desk. I had leftover pad kee Mao. I think I have made 4 meals out of one.

For my snack I had an entire bag of thawed frozen peas, carrots and corn. I topped it with some taragon and garlic gold. Amazing.

For dinner I made pasta with a tasty sauce with ton of veggies in it. Yum!

On Friday I started my day off with some sort of healthy cereal.

I wasn't planning on this but got lunch with a friend. Got two tacos. Yum.

Instead of beer at work for our summer Fridays I had a few chips and a string cheese.

For dinner, Mike and I met up at Crepes Mille. I got a panang curry crepe with shrimp. Before ordered I asked the guy if chicken was used with this at all, because there was also a chicken panang curry. He looked like he wasn't quite sure but said no. I should have taken that as a sign. The curry part of this crepe was good, the shrimp was over cooked.
While eating this meal, and having a fun conversation with Mike and yelp out in pain. I thought a red ant had bitten me. So I looked down and see something black and try to take it off my foot. It was grabbing on or so it felt. Turns out I just got stung by a bee. I have been terrified of bees for as long as I can remember. Family members are allergic and it is supposedly genetic. So I always thought if I did get stung I might die. I took out the stinger immediately and then placed my ice cold bottle of water on the sting. It definitely hurt, but not that bad. And I never ended up having any issues of breathing and what not. Mike and I waited it out for about 30 minutes just in case. Except of course some other stupid bee kept buzzing around me, and only me. Apparently it was angry its buddy took his life just to give me a sting. Stupid bee.

Mike and I wanted to try one of the dessert crepes while waiting to see if I would die from the bee sting. It was called a glazed pear crepe. It had some sort of caramel sauce on it, pears, whip cream, etc. It was delicious. Mmmm.

After being tormented endlessly by that other bee, the one that didnt sting me, I walked away halfway through the dessert because I couldn't handle the stress anymore. Mike walked across the street with me and let me have the rest of my part of dessert. haha.

Then I drove home, by myself. On the way to my car I could tell something was wrong. Oh no... this could be bad. Not a bee sting issue but a chicken poisoned issue. Oh gosh, yep, chicken poisoned. Awesome. I must have done something bad to deserve a bee sting and chicken poisoning all from one meal. This chicken poisoning had been tormenting me a little, a lot for about an hour last night. But with some good meds I was good enough to go out to a party that night for a friends birthday. The tummy isn't 100% today but is definitely getting there.
Also, I might have made one of my best meals ever today. I can't wait to share it with you tomorrow!
Tonight I am going to see the Aztexs play. They are a local minor league (?) soccer team in Austin and apparently the best in their division. This should be a lot of fun. Yay.
