So on Wednesday morning I was over tired again. But this time I avoided the cookies for breakfast.I instead had a piece of whole wheat toast with some pb and honey. Tasty.
It was catered lunch day at work and this time we got Jimmy Johns. I had a 1/2 Big Kahuna sandwich with some chips. Normally I eat 2 or more of these sandwiches and feel really full. Keeping it at one was a good idea.
I later had some sugar cookie from Jimmy Johns as my afternoon snack.
I didn't get home until pretty late on Wednesday night, so I ended up just heating up some leftover peanut soup and eating a piece of naan with it. Tasty.
Wednesday night was my only night this week where I did not go out after work. It was nice. I wanted to go to the gym but I got home around 730pm, after getting into work at 730am and just couldn't stomach it. Instead I prepared for working out in the morning on Thursday since I knew I wouldn't have time to do it in the afternoon.
