November 29, 2011 - Personal Trainer Workout

Breakfast
Started the day with some Lucky Charms again. 

Lunch
For lunch I went to San Francisco Bakery. I got a sandwich on whole wheat with avocado, sprouts, ranch, cheese, lettuce and bacon. I ended up only eating one piece of bacon. I also had a side of their chili. Delicious.

Personal Trainer Workout
After work I went for my first personal training session. The trainer wanted to help me with agility training but also get me in a super intense workout since it was only for 30 minutes. She definitely gave me an intense work out. We started out with a quick bike warm up. During this warm up she asked me what I was looking forward to most from the workout. At this point I already had to tell her being able to breathe, because I was already dying. After we did some weights, agility training and ab workouts. Holy hell it was difficult. She definitely kicked my ass. I am looking forward to our next workout, and now see why people sign up with personal trainers.

Dinner
Mike told me he was picking up some Chinese food on the way home. He actually had his first official day at Golds Gym this day as well. I told him all I wanted were some tofu spring rolls. He surprised me with some pork dumplings, so I had a few of those as well. I served this with a huge pile of kale chips. Mmmm.
