Morning Workout
I started out the day with a 30 minute ab workout at home.
Breakfast
I had another simple breakfast of goldfish crackers.
Lunch
I am avoiding eating lunch out to avoid chicken poisoning so I ate a packed lunch. It was leftover black bean soup I had made a few weeks before but stashed in the freezer. I love having random frozen meals made by me in the freezer.
Dinner
I ended up working pretty late, and went to get dinner with Michael to avoid traffic. We got some pho. I guess I ended up eating out despite trying to avoid eating out. Oops. I did avoid getting poisoned though, but definitely something I am trying to cut back on.
