Breakfast
One of my friends and I set up a date to watch an entire season of Dexter (the current/most recent one). We set out to meet up fairly early, but it didn't end up happening as quickly as we both planned.
I ended up going to Target early in the morning to get Michael his Christmas present and a few snacks for Dexter day. Somehow I ended up coming home with hashbrowns. I was starving so I heated myself up a hashbrown and an egg.
My friend came over a bit later with a surprise taco from Torchy's. This was an avocado taco. So delicious. I was so grateful.
Lunch/Snack
While watching Dexter we snacked a lot on some quinoa chips, hummus, salsa and more. It was a lovely way to spend a day.
Dinner
We finally got through all the episodes leading up to the finale that was airing that night. In order to fully be prepared for the event we ordered some pizza. We got some mushroom and garlic pizza and then Mike got a sausage pizza. I had a piece of each.
The finale ended up being super insane. We had to spend a good 20-30 minutes after it trying to figure out exactly what happened. I canNOT wait until next season!
Question
Do you ever spend an entire day watching a single show? I have done this with Battlestar Gallactica, The Sopranos, Lost, Six Feet Under and probably a few more. Please note, the husband got a master in media studies, so we kind of had to do it. Right? haha.
