Breakfast
I ended up having a few extra minutes in the morning to make a decent breakfast. I had an egg, a piece of toast with jam and a sausage. So good. This kept me pretty full as well. Yay.
Lunch
For lunch I had to do an errand and then ended up getting some Subway. It's a roast beef sandwich with all the veggies minus raw onions.
Personal Trainer
After work I met up with my personal trainer for the last time. We did a lot of agility training, weights and abs. I was considering signing up for more sessions with her, but turns out her last day was 2 days after this. Boo. She was a really awesome personal trainer, and is doing sessions on her own from now on. Tuns out Golds Gym only wanted personal trainers there that could devote 50+ hours a week and she couldn't afford to lose her other job for it. Boo. If anyone is Austin is looking for a personal trainer, let me know, because she does home sessions and is pretty great at her job.
Dinner
Once I got home I was starving. Luckily I had some leftover fried rice (please note its not really fried, its just supposed to be called that I guess?). This was a great recovery meal.
