Workout
I ended up doing a Nike Trainer workout for 45 minutes. Those workouts are some of the most intense workouts ever.
Breakfast
I ended up eating a half of a bagel with pb and jelly. A childhood favorite.
Snack
Lunch
Lunch was leftovers from 2 nights before. It was still quite delicious. I ate it at my desk and wished I would have left my desk for a bit instead of just staying there. Often if I eat at my desk before I leave I never actually leave. I need to figure this one out. I really need to get out of the office at lunch instead of stay there and work through. It makes me so much more productive and happy if I do that. It benefits everyone.
Dinner
Mike really wanted pizza for dinner so I decided to give in. At least the pizza we chose was fantastic.
