March 1, 2012 - So Filling

Breakfast
I ended up going to bed too late to workout so I started my morning out with breakfast instead.

Lunch
After a lot of meetings during the morning I ended up needing to get out for lunch. I went with a few co-workers to San Francisco Bakery for a lovely sandwich and some chili. Mmm.

Dinner
I ended up adding some leftovers of ground beef, veggies and black bean and put it on top of a bunch of chips and salsa. I ended up only eating about half of this because it was so filling.
The rest of the night was spent relaxing with Michael on the couch. A perfect way to end the evening.
